David Paternostro

David has been working with terrazzo most of his life. After learning how to install terrazzo from his father Biaggio Paternostro, David started managing projects and leading crews in the field. It wouldn’t be long before he was overseeing most of the operations of his father’s company.

That experience in terrazzo gave him the knowledge to start his own terrazzo company that would later become Top End Terrazzo David now manages all of the work crews and project scheduling.

Richard Orlando
Vice President and Senior Estimator

Rick has been in the terrazzo trade for 30 years. He first learned the terrazzo trade from his uncle Biaggio. As a young teenager he would help his uncle to price projects and manage the construction office. Being a young guy with many options, he took a break from terrazzo for a short time and took a position in sales at a video rental corporation where he was given the opportunity to learn sales from a different perspective.

His skill in sales gave him an edge when returning to terrazzo and starting a company that would become the Top End Terrazzo that it is today.

Travis Paternostro
General Manager – Southern Division

Travis has been around terrazzo his entire life and is a 3rd generation terrazzo installer. He joined Top End in 2001. Eager to learn his grandfather’s and father’s trade, he jumped right in to terrazzo and was soon installing all of the new terrazzo stars and sidewalks on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame.

Since 2011, he has been the Southern California office manager and estimator. Dedicated to terrazzo floor design and customer service Travis is responsible for locating new terrazzo projects and providing an accurate terrazzo price while working within the client’s budget.

Jean Steiner
Senior Staff Accountant

Jean joined Top End in 2013; with more than a decade of experience in her field, she oversees all of Top End’s operations of accounting and financial functions. Her past experience in commercial property management and real estate asset management makes her a valuable addition to the Top End team.

Monica Barnett
Office Administrator

Monica Barnett joined Top End in 2013, bringing with her, years of experience in office management and administration. She has a bachelors degree in office management and office administration. Monica has managed several other construction offices in her 11 years of experience. She is committed to providing effective administration to keep Top End Terrazzo running like a well oiled machine.
